Specify and select capital equipment, establish acceptance criteria and test / runoff procedures based on machine specifications, geometric tolerances, accuracy requirements, statistical analysis, industry standards and practices.

Systems Integration Manager, MultiFeeder Technology, Inc., White Bear Lake, MN. Started as Senior Industrial Engineer developing Lean Assembly workstations, and trained personnel in Lean Six Sigma. Became Project Manager, then Systems Integration Manager with six direct reports.

 

Production Process Engineer, Boring Machine, Inc., Fridley, MN. Responsible for aircraft component processes, tool & fixture design, CAD/CAM, CNC programming. Introduced progressive multiple piece fixturing enabling continuous unattended machining, one-touch changeover on bar-feed running 79 discrete parts.

Participated in Toyota Production System implementation that cut lead times from months to hours. Programmed 60 CNC machines for six Focus Factories producing several thousand engines daily. Crankshaft and piston cell engineering responsibilities with Takt times of 23 and 34 seconds per piece demand.
